TERMS & CONDITION
1. In Klang Valley, items will be delivered within 7 working days.
2. Outside Klang Valley, items will be delivered to logistics within 7 working days. Then the tracking details will be forwarded to customers.
3. If stock in unavailable, kindly contact us through WhatsApp to preorder.
REFUND POLICY
No refund after purchase.
WARRANTY TERMS
1. According to the terms and conditions stated in the Warranty terms.
2. Within 7 days from the date of receipt of goods, if there is any performance failure, the body and packaging of the goods must remain complete and can be exchanged for the same type of goods (subject to inspection) but does not include human damage.
3. The product is guaranteed for 8 months from the date of sale.
4. Battery can be replaced if applicable. Kindly contact us for details.
5. The warranty service is only valid for normal use, and all man-made damage (including self-demolition, improper use ) is not covered.
